Mr. Clarence called to give a compliment to his driver Karl. Customer is 81 years old and said Karl helps him with his cart when he can and he is very nice and respectful. He wanted to say Thank you.

Mr. Evans called in to tell us his bulk was picked up today that the guy that picked it up did a wonderful job getting everything he had out for the service.

Ms. Sylvia called in to let us know she is moving. She wanted to say thank you for our great service. She said she has had a few MPU’s in the past and she called in to customer service, and we made sure it was recovered for her.Thank you Coastal.

Ms. Veronica called in to say thank you to the driver and hopper who serviced her today. She said for the past few weeks she has had problems with her cart only being serviced halfway, today they not only fully serviced her cart, but they were also picking up the trash that fell in the street. She is happy that her problem not only got resolved and said they went above her expectations. She also said thank you to all the customer service workers because she has been calling a lot.

Mr. Rudy called in to say that all of his bulk was picked up and it was a wonderful experience. He has never had to use the bulk service before, so this was his first time. He wanted to let everyone know how great the process was. He even spoke to the driver - He said he was very professional and very kind, and he is very impressed with the bulk pick up process and had to let us know.

A citizen just called in to praise the driver on Blackfin Cove in Slidell. Caller said he was driving his son to school and witnessed the driver of the coastal truck get out to help a little elderly lady that was struggling and helped her get up and help her to her house. He said he wanted to call and tell whoever the driver is thank you and that he is an amazing person. He said there was no one around watching or anything, that this driver did this because he is a great person

Ms. Mary called in for a cart exchange and wanted to give the sweetest compliment to her driver. She said she has the BEST driver we have, and she is so thankful. She said she was given the news a while back that her illness is terminal, and she had company over . She said the driver heard about the news that day and went inside and gave her a big hug. She said he is so nice and goes above and beyond for her.

Ms. Kerry called to cancel service due to moving. She said she really wishes we would service her new home ion Denham Springs because Coastal was always great and top notch . She appreciates the service she had while in Slidell

A customer called in today for directions twice today. Once getting Kelsey and once getting Heather. Once she got here, she was greeted and helped by Kelsey. The customer wanted to speak to me because she wanted to make sure Kelsey and our customer service got some praise, bc she said it’s so pleasant to call and speak with people who actually care and want to help you.

Elaine called in to give major praise to driver Jerrell that services the trash carts on Tuesdays and Fridays for The City Of Slidell Airport. She said he is just such a great guy and great employee, and she wants to let Coastal, and everyone know. She is extremely grateful for the work he does and how good of a person he is.

Clyde called to pay his bill and said Coastal and wanted to let us know that everyone does a great job. He said he loves the new trucks also . He is amazed at the great work the guys do

Ms. Carlton called in for bulk pick up but wanted to say that the crew in her area is amazing. She said they always empty the carts with no issue and never leave a mess.  She just loves them
