For all solid household waste, please place items in your cart. Please try and bag as much of your household waste as possible prior to placing it in the cart. Please do not overfill the cart(s). The lid should not be open more than 6 inches. We will not pick up any bagged items or any other items outside of the cart(s).
Our automated side loader (ASL) trucks pick up from the right side of the vehicle. Therefore, the truck will pick up on one side of the street and then pick up on the other side of the street, which may be later that day.
Carts should be placed at the curb the night prior to your service day or by 5 am on the day of service. Carts should be placed no more than 3 feet from the curb. Carts should be placed at least 3 feet from any vehicle, mailbox, fire hydrant, power pole, or fence. Carts should NOT be placed under trees or low-hanging lines. The handle for the cart should be facing your residence. The opening for the lid should face the street.
Every resident will be issued a new 95-gallon cart as their primary cart to put to the curb. You can also rent an additional cart from us for $24 per year, in specific locations. The fee must be paid upfront. You can also purchase your own cart as long as it is 35 gallons or larger and is similar in shape. We DO NOT pick up round cans or cans with removable lids.
An additional cart may be purchased for $85 per year plus a $20 delivery fee or rented for $24/per year. Fees must be paid in advance. You also have the option to purchase your own 95-gallon cart from your local Hardware Store. Additional carts may be purchased. Call us for details at 833 2GET CES!
